Orders are held securely in our online store, so tracking and order history live with your store account rather than here.

Look up your order

Open the order area of the online store using the button below.
Sign in with the email address you used at checkout, or use the order-tracking form with your order number.
Your order shows its current stage and, once it has shipped, the carrier tracking link.

You will be taken to shop.lifeinthetropicsglobal.com, where checkout and orders are handled.

Items are printed to order, so an order can sit in production for a while before a tracking number exists.
Tracking links come from the carrier handling your parcel — we show what they report rather than an invented set of steps.
We never ask for card details by email. If a message claims to, it is not from us.
