We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across this website. Accessibility is treated as part of the build, not a later pass.

What we have built in

• Colour combinations chosen and checked for AA contrast.
• Every interactive control reachable and operable by keyboard, with visible focus.
• Descriptive alternative text on artwork, product and lifestyle photography.
• Semantic headings, landmarks and labelled form fields.
• Motion kept gentle, and reduced where the device asks for less movement.
• Layouts that reflow down to small screens and up to large zoom levels.

Known limitations

Parts of the shopping experience are served by our online store platform, and we do not control every element of it. Where we find a barrier there, we raise it with the provider and offer an alternative route to complete your order.
