With her own background in hospitality, Heather helps bring the culture, warmth, and everyday beauty of tropical living to a global audience.
Life In The Tropics Global was born from Tony Munroe’s vision to capture the simple pleasures of tropical living and bring them to life through distinctive T-shirt designs.
After spending many years in Jamaica’s hotel industry and introducing entertainment programs in Acapulco, Barbados, The Bahamas, and St. Lucia, Tony witnessed firsthand how both locals and visitors embrace and enjoy life in the tropics.
These memorable scenes and experiences inspire the original artwork featured across our T-shirts. Each design celebrates tropical culture, relaxation, entertainment, and everyday island life — making every piece worthy of becoming a collector’s item.
Joined by his wife, Heather May, who also has a background in the hospitality industry, Tony is bringing these colourful scenes of tropical living to T-shirts, sporting apparel, and lifestyle merchandise for people around the world.
